As Principal in Charge of Environmental Services, Keanan provides leadership over NorthStar Contracting Group’s full suite of environmental consulting services.  These services are focused on environmental protection and compliance solutions offered to state and local agencies in Florida.  In addition to program and contract management services, he also manages NorthStar business development opportunities and client relationships.

Keanan has spent over 20 years in the environmental industry in a variety of capacities, including creating and directing NorthStar’s Geospatial Services Group where he has analyzed and modeled complex spatial relationships among the natural and engineered environments.  He is especially proud of his team’s efforts to support and promote land conservation and protection in the state of Florida.

Keanan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and Policy, and a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning, both from the University of Florida.
