Staff Augmentation

For over 20 years, our staff augmentation contracts have provided our clients with professional, experienced staff committed to exceeding quality standards while handling a high volume of work and ensuring that statutory timeframes are met.  Supporting the State of Florida, our team engages with the State representatives, property owners, State contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate site rehabilitation activities within the petroleum, hazardous waste, drycleaning, and other waste cleanup programs.

In addition to the value that we bring through our performance, our clients benefit from our staff augmentation services through eliminating costs for infrastructure and employee benefits, as well as a reduced time for hiring and onboarding. Our staff can work in our clients’ offices or remotely. Staff augmentation allows our clients to focus on their subject matter instead of managing resources.

Our current staff augmentation contracts contain universal “piggy-back” clauses that allow different state and local agencies to contract with NorthStar for their needs, thereby streamlining the procurement process and taking advantage of the flexibility of our resources.  Our team structure allows us to accommodate our clients’ needs on a temporary, as-needed basis, or as a permanent solution for the growing industry.
