Brandon Bagoo, PE is the Water Resources Manager at NorthStar with more than 10 years of progressive experience in civil works and land-related infrastructure and environmental projects. Of those 10 years, nine years were spent working on various Water Management District projects.   

During this time, he has worked closely with multiple District Project Managers and personnel, along with other stakeholders and contractors, to deliver several successful District projects. Brandon has worked on numerous projects that include levees, canals, pump stations, water control structures, culverts, weirs, and other components related to restoration projects. His experience includes a wide range of roles including QA/QC material testing, staff and project engineer, resident construction engineer, construction engineering project manager, construction inspection quality assurance/control and civil design.   

Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and is a licensed Engineer.
