Brett E. Warner, PE is a Client Services Manager / Senior Engineer at NorthStar with over 14 years of experience providing professional engineering consulting and project management services. Brett’s work experience includes project management, design, FDEP/FDOT/USACE Environmental permitting, planning, vulnerability assessments, Capital Program Management, construction management, contract administration, cost estimating, bidding, construction inspection and QA/QC.   

During his time as the City Engineer and Assistant Public Works Director for the City of St. Pete Beach, Brett managed the City’s $5 million per year Capital Program, including multiple stormwater improvement projects, four watershed resilience evaluations, and three vulnerability assessments aimed at evaluating the City’s vulnerability to climatic changes such as sea level rise.  

Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and is a licensed Engineer.
