With over 30 years of experience specializing in the assessment and remediation of petroleum contamination.  Graham’s work experience is focused on managing a Team of over 50 staff dedicated to reaching regulatory closure of petroleum discharges reported to the State of Florida.  This management includes all facets of the petroleum remediation process.  Graham and his Team coordinate with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and multiple vendors to develop and implement Purchase Orders for various cleanup phases issued through the State of Florida’s purchasing system.  Through Graham’s leadership, NorthStar’s Team has successfully closed over 1,000 petroleum discharges in Florida. Through Graham’s responsive organizational efforts, NorthStar has successfully implemented the client’s preferred organizational structure and produced the desired results.
